Skill Position Program (QB/RB/WR/TE)
This 12-week program is designed for any skill position player in football looking to get stronger, faster, more explosive, and put on some size. It incorporates science-backed methods like undulating periodization, progressive overload, overspeed, underspeed, and contrast training, making it ideal for skill positions.
Starting this program during the offseason is recommended due to its demanding nature and its sole purpose of assisting the athlete in reaching peak performance at and beyond the 12-week mark, just in time for the competition phase.
Upon purchase, you will receive a file that explains the program and how to execute it effectively to see the best results. Additionally, you will be sent a PDF of the program to download to your device, where you can edit the document and track your progress.
