Meet your coach

Ashton Capone is a former college running back and current strength and conditioning coach with a passion for developing athletes at all levels. He attended Cortland State University, where he was a member of the 2023 Division III National Championship team. During his time at Cortland, Capone set multiple records, including the program’s all-time single-game rushing yard record with 282 yards.

In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Capone also gained valuable experience as an intern with the Cortland strength and conditioning staff, a team with decades of expertise across various levels of collegiate athletics, including at the University at Buffalo.

Following his career at Cortland, Capone shifted his focus to training youth athletes. He now specializes in helping athletes of all ages, from aspiring high school players to current Division I athletes, reach their full potential. Through personalized training options, including downloadable online PDF programs and one-on-one coaching, Capone offers flexible and accessible solutions to help athletes improve their strength, performance, and overall development.
